Booking
You may book up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to book less than 24 hours out, please email us to check availability. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible! To secure your booking/session, we now require full payment at time of booking.
Cancellations
Email us if you need to cancel your rental. Any cancellation notices received 24 hours or more before your reserved rental time will receive an 80% refund. Any cancellation notices received less than 24 hours before your reserved rental time will be charged in full, no exceptions.
Rescheduling
Rentals cannot be rescheduled. If you need to change the date of your rental, you must cancel that rental and create a new booking. Payments are not transferable.
Set-up & Clean Up
Rentals are often booked back to back, as Foto is a popular Photo Studio. Because of this, setup AND cleanup must be included in the rental time you reserve.
Backdrops
Three seamless backdrop colors are available for use on our new wall mount: white, bone, mocha. Please do not cut the backdrops. Be sure to roll up backdrops after use.
Parking
Free parking is available in any parking space. The covered parking spaces are not assigned and you are welcome to park in any available space. There is ample parking right outside the studio.
